Doti, February  6- A new hospital has been inaugurated by the Minister for Health, Purna Bahadur Khadka in Silgadhi, Doti on Friday. Minister, Khadka inaugurated the hospital by cutting the ribbon. He said, “The Government of Nepal is serious about people’s health and is working for increasing health facilities.” Construction of the hospital started in 2019 and ended in 2021 with the support from the Government of Nepal. The hospital has 60 beds and is ready to serve the community's medical needs. Local residents are excited about the hospital's opening, seeing it as a positive step for better healthcare in the area. They're hopeful that the new facility will improve their lives and the health of their community. The hospital's completion marks a significant milestone for Doti, promising a brighter future with improved healthcare services for all. The inaugural ceremony was attended by the heads of several local levels of Doti.

Kathmandu, February 10: Nepal kicked off the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Qualifier with a bang, beating Oman by a solid 39 runs at the Al Amarat Cricket Ground.

Oman won the toss and decided to bowl first, but Nepal's batters had other plans. They put up a good show, scoring a total of 117 runs. Kushal Bhurtel was the star, hitting a half-century with 50 runs off 42 balls. In response, Oman faced a tough time chasing the target. Nepal's bowlers were on fire, taking wickets consistently. Oman managed only 78 runs before getting all out in the 17th over.
